Sun Yingjie, Ph.D., an alumna of Grade 1978 of Jinzhou Medical University, used to be the director and the Secretary of the Party Leading Group of Sichuan Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. She was also once the chairman of Special Commission for Animal Inspection of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and the chairman of National Accreditation of Conformity Assessment of Laboratory Technology and Food Technology Committee. She used to be a member of the National Steering Committee for Graduate Education in Veterinary Medicine, a member of the National Inspection Standards Committee and, an expert of State Science and Technology Prizes. She participated in the First National Conference of Young Scientists and Technologists and received interviews by the former presidents of P.R.C, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao. She was recorded in the large literature “The Soul of China, Famous Chinese Professional Leaders” and the database “Scientific Chinese, China's Expert Talent Pool”. She is entitled to Special Allowance of the State Council.
