To promote the development of digital economy and industry of health care in western Liaoning (Jinzhou), the signing ceremony of “Digital Health Innovation” strategic cooperation co-sponsored by Jinzhou Municipal Government, Jinzhou Medical University (JZMU) and Neusoft Group was held in Sheraton Jinzhou Hotel on September 24th . Wang Mingyu, Vice Governor of Liaoning Provincial People’s Government, Jin Guowei, Secretary of Jinzhou Municipal Committee, Wang Xinyu, Mayor of Jinzhou, Wen Deliang, Secretary of the Party Committee of JZMU, Ding Weiguang, President and Vice-secretary of the Party Committee of JZMU, and many other chief leaders of universities and enterprises in Jinzhou and other cities of Liaoning Province attended the conference. Faculty and staff of JZMU watched the live broadcast.
In order to promote the sustainable and rapid development of digital health industry in western Liaoning with Jinzhou as the central city, Jinzhou Municipal Government, JZMU and Neusoft Group, relying on their respective advantages and adhering to the new development concept, jointly promoted the integrated and coordinated development of “government, university, industry, research and application”. By signing the Framework Agreement on Co-construction and Development of Digital Economy of Health Care and Human Resources in Western Liaoning (Jinzhou), the three parties aimed to provide a new impetus for the construction of central city in western Liaoning and initiate a new pattern for the high-quality development of university undertakings.
