In order to further promote the internationalization of medical education in JZMU, broaden the recruitment number of international students in Central Asia, and strengthen the exchange and cooperation between JZMU and high-level universities in the countries along “the Belt and Road”, School of International Education of JZMU assigned a delegation to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan to participate in China Education Exhibition for Studying Abroad and conduct the international exchange visits.
Focusing on the theme “International Student Enrollment”, the delegation introduced the enrollment policy to the students and parents attending the exhibition and provided on-site FAQ. In addition, the delegation visited the Uzbekistan Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, met the alumni of JZMU, and had in-depth discussions with the National University of Kazakhstan and Uzbek universities on jointly building the Chinese government scholarship program for conducting teacher visits and student research programs.
This visit has enhanced the international reputation and influence of JZMU, and exerted positive influence on giving full play to the advantages of JZMU and building the high-quality medical university with distinct characteristics.
